Добавлена возможность выберать киборга-учёного, чья задача помогать НИО в исследованиях. Спрайты и идея взята с пра space-wizards/space-station-14#40522 . В целом он может заниматься всей научной деятельностью: аномали, артефакты, ксенобиология и генетика. Два доп модуля для улучшения работы с аномалиями и конструкционый модуль киборгов.

Раз теперь унивирсальный борг действительно унивирсален, то пусть будет специалитет на НИО
